I called at 6am bc my hot water heater broke. They were at my house by 8am. Came back at 11:30am as stated with a new hot water heater.

Needed to replace the cast iron sections of our sanitary drain pipe because of cracks which were causing water leaks in our basement with a very unpleasant smell. Brandon knew exactly what needed to be done, gave us a fair quote, showed up on time and got the job done in one morning. The best part was that he made sure to use our basement window for removal of the dirty stuff so he didn't have to truck it through our house. We will be calling him for all of our house fix needs! Amazing service!

Boss. Boss. Look no further. I want to echo a lot of what previous reviews were saying, but also wanted to detail my experience more in depth so you can gain a better understanding of how Boss Plumbing operates.

I will keep this as short as I can. Boss came out to install a double vanity. Not feeling satisfied by the slow drain they advocated identifying the clog by utilizing our warranty from another company. Where most plumbers would have left for the day, Warren wasn't comfortable unless the job was done right. The other company identified a corroded drain and were skeptical about replacing it.

So, I called Boss.

Without hesitation, Warren said he could handle it. This was a huge project. It required a gut. Now, these Roxborough homes require a lot of TLC and the existing concrete infrastructure made things a serious labor. No issue for Boss. They demoed the room and got to work right away.

Warren is an exceptional communicator and laid out expectations immediately. He gave fair pricing and also performed other laborious plumbing endeavors in my home free of charge, i.e., replacing a 60s era wall hung toilet which required specialty parts that were hard to come by. Additionally, he improved my water shut off valve by installing an easy to use mechanism.

In the interest of keeping things short, I want you to understand how important these things are to me and my family and I'm sure you want this same level of care. Warren is always looking out for your best interests. Really, it exists.

Warren checked in daily, made sure we were happy with progress and kept an open line of communication. His crew is professional, personable and easy to work with.

I can't say more about this company. I will be calling Boss for every plumbing/heating/remodel issue I may encounter. Stand up guys. Exceptional work. And an approach to business that is almost too good to be true. Warren almost feels like family at this point.

Literally could not recommend more highly. They fixed a leak in my shower and then also replaced the same problem in another bathroom as a preventative measure. Reasonable prices, affable crew, quick responses and high-quality work. I would choose them again for any plumbing work in a heartbeat.

John and his crew are the very best!! John literally saved my house.  I did not know my pipes had corroded under ground. John was the only plumber who took out the toilet and looked underground with his camera ..and found the problem. I had to get extensive work done. John was very understanding of my situation and gave me a very fair price. He is an excellent compassionate human being and treats others the way we should all treat each other. Kit and his team are wonderful to work with. We needed a new water heater to be installed within a difficult, small location within our house, and we were debating whether or not we could use a tankless water heater. Prior to the appointment, Kit texted with me back and forth over my options and answered all of my questions, and in the end we realized a traditional water heater made the most sense. Kit and his team then arrived right on time for the appointment (I feel like that is a rarity with many contractors these days), and he was incredibly respectful and communicative. He noticed that I didn't have shoes on in our house and we had a shoe rack with shoes lined up on it, and so he asked if we normally don't wear shoes in our house and offered to take his shoes off. I was so shocked and grateful since I've never had a contractor be that considerate before! Not only did he do a great job removing our old water heater and installing a new one, but he also cleaned up afterwards and put everything back the way it was. He truly was a pleasure to work with, and I'm grateful to have a plumber whom we know we can trust to communicate as needed throughout the process and can do great, professional work. Thanks again!

Very knowledgeable and honest. It was clear he knew what he was doing right away. 2 other plumbers were not able to diagnose, it ended up not even being a plumbing issue! Also- very quick response time. If I ever have a plumbing need again, going straight to him.

Mike is professional and friendly. You can tell he is passionate about his work and always takes great care to do the job right. I had a leaky toilet that needed to be resealed but he went above and beyond, replacing a section of pipe to support the new seal, replaced the rusted bolts, and more. An all around good guy and hard worker. Would definitely recommend him to a friend.

Workers seem to be good. Pricing is outrageous, the tech quoted a new garbage disposal with install over $900. The disposal itself from Home Depot is $239, they charge a $65 fee for just coming out, not included in the $900 quote. Time and labor just over $600 for the install. So I ended up buying my home and installing it. Took me just a bit over an hr to install the plumbing was not set up to easily install it for my sink. I would recommend for people to just YouTube it and try to fix it your self before calling them out. I can't fault the person who quoted me this because it's the company making the prices. If your hiring for $600 an hour let me know I will be interested.

Was able to get out to the job I had fairly fast. Gave great advice and did a job well done.

Leo showed up with mask and installed the garbage disposal at my place. He had to modify the drain pipe to fit the thick insulated garbage disposal in place. He cleaned up the space when the work was done. He didn't mind going to Home Depot when he found out the cord was missing (I didn't know that I had to buy the cord as well...).

Very reasonable price and such a hard worker. I'll call him for all my plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

I want to thank Chris Williams for what he did for my wife and I today.  We were watching water seep into our house from a pipe outside.  I called several plumbers and everyone told me they could not help because they were booked solid.  When I spoke to the nice young lady at Williams Precision Plumbing (sorry, I didn't remember her name), she told me they too were booked solid.  However, she sounded truly sorry to tell me that, so I felt comfortable asking her if she could recommend someone who might be able to help.  She agreed. Within a minute or so, Chris Williams got on the phone and calmly asked me to explain what was going on. After listening to my explanation, he suggested that I text him some pictures of the outdoor pipe I was speaking about, which I did. Within 5 minutes, he told me that the reason the shutting off of the main water valve in the house didn't help, was because this was an irrigation pipe. He told me to trace the pipe back into the house and find another valve that would control the irrigation system.  He did all of this, while calmly apologizing that he couldn't come by right away because they were involved in a major job where an inspector was present. I followed Chris' advice and within 5 minutes was able to identify the correct shutoff valve and the water finally stopped running. In an age where many will not go out of their way to offer help unless they are directly profiting from their assistance, Chris offered help because he is a true professional and a very decent guy.  You can rest assured, the next time we need a plumber, Chris will be the first person I call.

I had a mystery issue with a basement toilet. Scheduling was easy and they arrived on time. Will certainly call again if I have any issues.

We had a clogged drain pipe outside and the rain was getting into our basement. After multiple plumbers said they couldn't handle that type of work, we got Mr. Rooter on the schedule ASAP. Lenny came first thing in the morning and completely fixed the issue. He said he's seen it all and assured me he could get the job done, and he did. Extremely reasonable prices compared to some of the other quotes we were given. Lenny rocks!

Used Yelp to find a plumber and I'm glad I gave this company a chance although the ratings were low.

Kevin responded quickly and came out within a day- which was much needed.

Very responsive and quoted me a great price.
Kevin was the worker who came out and he was friendly and explained exactly what needed to be replaced and showed me the finished product after.

I would recommend this business and would be using them again.
